Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery times are:

- European Union: 8–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. The PawDrip is not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier services, or circumstances beyond our control.

**6. Returns & Refunds**
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@thepawdrip.com. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.

**7. Defective or Incorrect Items**
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
